Fablab Foundation

A Fablab is a Fabrication Laboratory

The first Fablab worldwide was started by Neil Gershenfeld at the MIT Center of Bits and Atoms in 2004, with the intention of giving ordinary people the tools to design and innovate.

There are now more than 1500 Fablabs in the world, each independently operated. However, all Fablabs must follow the MIT charter.

Fablab Saigon is the first registered Fablab in Vietnam.
